Well we are ready to have you back to assist and help you with your hair care needs and are preparing to welcome you back!

I hope this finds you well and staying safe. 

As we’ve shared throughout this journey, your safety and the safety of our team are our top priority. Since Hairtique closed in mid-March, our team has been planning “how” to reopen – not just when – and keeping your well-being as our top consideration with every decision. During our closure we were able to provide safe delivery service of products to support your at home hair care needs and we began our social media presence with updates and beauty tips. With that in mind, today I am writing to share an update about our re-opening approach and the first steps we are taking to welcome you back to Hairtique Color and Design. 

As part of our thoughtful, phased reopening approach there were many areas to cover. We want you to feel safe and comfortable when you’re being serviced in our salon. Our team has worked with government and health officials and other salon and retail leaders to bring the best beauty experiences to our clients. After careful consideration of many factors, most importantly our ability to welcome you back safely, these practices, our Salon Safe Standards, include but are not limited to the following:

• Face Coverings: Our Hairtique Team is required to wear them, and we ask you to as well. (Your mask keeps us safe and our masks keep you safe
          
• Increased Cleaning: We frequently clean and disinfect our salon throughout the day.
  
  
• Hand Sanitizer: Available throughout the salon for your use.
  
  
• Social Distancing: Practice appropriate distancing of at least six feet. To support this, we will have limited occupancy throughout salon.
  
  
• Salon Safety: Hair services are by appointment only and with increased safety measures.
  
  
• Staff Wellness: Associates will participate in daily wellness screens before their shifts.

We take our responsibility to make our stores safe seriously and believe our measured approach offers you options to be serviced in the ways you prefer.
